I am proud of America and support all of those who defend, protect and serve America keeping all of us free and safe...
Having almost been killed 3 times in my life, gives me a 'unique perspective' to comment on some of the day's events. To those with a 'doom and gloom' attitude, I won't agree with you! Always look for the positive in life because nomatter how bad off you think you are, there's somebody in a lot worse shape somewhere else...

As a Retired Fire Captain and Truck Owner-Operator, Matt Bruce, responded to the attack on The World Trade Center 9/12/2001 and remained until 9/17/2001 hauling whatever equipment was needed by the FDNY and City of New York to the scene with his Truck. A disabling injury there forced him to have to leave the scene and he wound up retiring as an Over-The-Road Driver...
Matt was also able to help during Hurricane's Charley-Katrina-Wilma with FEMA as a Logistics Contractor. He also assisted during Hurricane Katrina's recovery in Mississippi and New Orleans not only with FEMA, but as a CERT Team member...
